As with all prescription medications, inform your doctor of any medical conditions you currently manage. Tell them about any and all medications, prescription drugs, and supplements you are taking before starting treatment with Viagra. Viagra can interact with bodily substances, causing potentially serious adverse reactions.
Specifically, you should inform your health care provider of any nitrate medication you are taking. Remember to mention any herbal products you use, especially St. John’s wort.

The findings were published inClinical coronary angiography. The American College of Cardiology makes the safety of Viagra and its products important. Viagra is available only with a doctor’s prescription.
faintingThis side effect is rare but is caused by a blood-sugar level that can vary among individuals. If you have been prescribed folic acid, inform your health care provider about the kinetics of this drug. If there is a timeuspension, inform your health care provider about the timeuspension tip. This can cause a range of side effects, including weight gain, increased blood pressure, and changes in blood glucose.
If you have been prescribed nitrates during treatment with Viagra, inform your health care provider of this. Nitrates are used to treat some medical conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
In clinical trials, patients with diabetes had a lower incidence of diabetes-related side effects as a result of taking Viagra. As a result, Viagra is sometimes prescribed to patients with diabetes to help prevent diabetes-related complications.
In addition, some research has found that folic acid can increase the amount of serotonin in the brain, which can improve sleep and reduce the amount of depression.
In a clinical trial of 200 healthy men, men taking Viagra for a condition that causes trouble sleeping had a lower incidence of depression as a result of taking Viagra.
In addition, some clinical trials have found that folic acid has a positive effect on reducing the amount of serotonin in the brain.

KANEL, July 7 (HealthDay News) -- A study by pharmaceutical company Pfizer Inc. is showing a worrying increase in the prevalence of heart attack among men who use erectile dysfunction drugs.
The National Health and Family Health Council of Kenya (NHFH) says its study shows that the men who take erectile dysfunction drugs are four times more likely to die from heart disease than those who do not take them.
"This study shows that erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra are associated with increased risk of dying from heart attack among men who use them."
Dr. Pauline Kanaan, a cardiologist at the University of KwaZulu-Natal's College of Medicine, says that there are several factors that could be driving the increase in heart attack among men who use erectile dysfunction drugs.
"This is the first study to examine the association between erectile dysfunction drugs and mortality among men who use them," she said. "It is not clear what role Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra could have."
Kanaan's study is the first of its kind to test the association between ED drugs and deaths from heart disease.
Viagra and Cialis, the most popular erectile dysfunction drugs in Kenya, are approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
A study published last year in the peer-reviewed Journal of Sexual Medicine found that the use of the medications was associated with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke.
The study, which was led by researchers at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, said the risk increases with age and is higher among African-born men who have low socioeconomic status.
This study was done on men who take erectile dysfunction drugs and have a history of heart disease and is not meant to serve as a warning to people with heart disease.
The researchers found that those who were 18 and older, and those who were white, had a 15 percent higher risk of death from heart disease.
"There are some factors that may be driving this increased risk of death," said Dr. Kanaan. "This is one of the first studies to examine the association between erectile dysfunction drugs and deaths from heart disease among men who use them."
The study also showed that the patients who took Viagra had an increased risk of having a heart attack or stroke, as well as having a higher chance of having a stroke.

Kanaan said that the study does not look at specific medications but rather looks at the overall use of erectile dysfunction drugs.
She said that while the study shows that erectile dysfunction drugs are associated with increased risk of heart disease, the researchers also did not see a statistically significant increased risk of death from heart disease among men who use these drugs.
"The data that we have is not a statistically significant association because the men who took the medication were not taking any drugs," she said. "It is possible that the risk of heart disease was not observed in the men who took the medication."
The research was conducted by the Centre for Research on Drug Interactions of the National Institutes of Health (NIDDK) and is published in theJournal of Drug Interactions.
It was funded by Pfizer Inc., the company that developed the erectile dysfunction drugs.

The use of this drug is contraindicated because the combination of this drug either increases the effects of the others by pharmacodynamic synergism.
Enzalutamide
Use alternative drugs because the use of enzalutamide will decrease the effect of Sildenafil by affecting patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.
Acetazolamide
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of Sildenafil increases the effect of acetazolamide by pharmacodynamic synergism and it also increases the risk of hypotension.
The use of this medicine can lower blood pressure and when combining it with alcohol further increases the effect. You may experience dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, flushing, headache, and heart palpitation. Therapy should be administered with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease or in patients with severe heart failure. The plasma clearance of this drug is decreased in patients with liver or kidney disease and with symptoms of severe heart failure including fatal hypotension, oliguria, pain, viation, grapefruit juice, headache, and diaphoresis.
